Payment Policy
PagSeguro Eco Response, through PagSeguro, accepts the following payment methods:
Credit card
Installment in up to 12 installments (with interest). When completing your purchase, check the available brands.
Bank slip
Valid only for cash purchases. When completing your order, the system will generate a bank slip on your screen. Print the document and pay at any bank or lottery branch or, if you prefer, do everything online. The due date for the bank slip is always 2 (two) business days after the order is placed. If payment is not made by the due date, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Online debit
Enables payment by online debit from the following banks: HSBC, Banco do Brasil, Itaú, Bradesco, Unibanco, Banrisul.
Warranty Policy
What is the warranty for my product? All Eco Response products are guaranteed for XX (xxxx) days, from the date of receipt of your order. We do not accept under warranty products that indicate: signs of poor conservation or misuse; accidental damage; natural wear and tear of the product; absence of defects and requested after the XX day period.
Delivery policy Shipping
You must choose the product you want and enter the zip code of the delivery address in the shopping cart. Shipping will be calculated according to your region. You will not have to pay anything extra upon receipt of the order.
Is delivery made on weekends and holidays?
Deliveries are made by the Post Office. In some regions they make deliveries on Saturday, but they are usually only made on working days. You can check by following the tracking code sent to your registration email, remembering that they make 3 delivery attempts.
After attempts, the product returns to the Center. How long does it take for me to receive my products?
Shipping varies from region to region, and as soon as you enter your zip code, the website itself gives you the delivery options that are available in your region. Just remembering that the delivery time starts from the date the order changes its status to Shipped, and only business days count for delivery.
My order was returned to the center, what should I do?
We ask that you contact our customer service channel in order to confirm your address and recipient name, so that we can then arrange for the order to be resent. Remembering that depending on the reason, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or not received
The customer will be able to track their merchandise through the “My Orders” link, viewing the Post Office delivery progress. In case of loss or non-receipt, the customer must inform, through our contact form, the non-receipt of the merchandise within a maximum period of 1 month after making the purchase. Eco Response is responsible for orders that are lost in the mail, when confirmed by the company.
