EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

Eco Response offers products for demanding customers, with their greatest commitment to their complete satisfaction. Therefore, we accept the return of unused products within periods of up to 7 (days) calendar days after receipt of the purchase, at no additional cost to you.

To exchange or return an item, you must make your request through our service channels.

YOU MAY RETURN A PRODUCT OR EXCHANGE IT FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

DISSATISFACTION WITH THE PRODUCT

If you have already received your product and are not satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 7 (thirty) calendar days after delivery. To do this, the product must be in its original packaging, without signs of use and with all items and accessories received. In this case, you can request a voucher for the amount paid for the returned product or request a refund of the amount paid.

DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT RECEIVED

If, after use, your purchase presented some type of manufacturing defect, you will have 7 (seven)

calendar days after delivery to request an exchange. If the defect was caused by problems with use or misuse, we will not exchange it. No exchanges will be made after the exchange expiry date has passed.

DAMAGES TO THE PRODUCT RECEIVED OR PACKAGING DAMAGED

The handling and transportation of our products is carried out in order to preserve the original quality of the product. If upon delivery of the product there is an apparent damage or the packaging is broken, you must refuse receipt upon delivery and inform our customer service channels (E-mail or telephone).

If an authorized third party (doorman, employee, reception, etc.) receives delivery of your order, they must be able to check the condition of the product received and refuse if there are problems.

METHODS OF RETURNING A PRODUCT

REFUSE AT THE ACT OF DELIVERY

When delivering the order, inform the carrier of the reason for the refusal. Your product will be returned to our distribution center. It is extremely important that you notify our customer service center immediately about this refusal.

FORMS OF REFUND

EXCHANGE COUPON

You can opt for an exchange coupon, which allows you to use the refunded amount to make new purchases on the Eco Response website;

CARD REFUND

Exclusive for orders paid by credit card. The refund period will follow the rules of the card administrator, and may take one to two invoices depending on the due date of your invoice.

REFUND TO CURRENT ACCOUNT

For orders paid by bank slip, the amount may be refunded to a current account, with the same ownership person responsible for the request (identical CPF number). The refund period will depend on the accuracy of the data and will follow the rules of the bank receiving the credit. If the applicant does not have a current account at any bank, the amount will be transferred to a Banco do Brasil branch and the applicant will be able to withdraw the amount after confirmation of the refund. The refund will only be processed after the return has been released by our quality control department. The deadline for release may be up to 5 (five) business days after receipt at our distribution center.

If any of the return conditions are not met, the refund may be denied. In this case, the product will be resent to the customer and shipping costs may be charged.
